Our client, a leading commercial and corporate firm, has a need for a junior level Banking & Finance solicitor to join its team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This team advises on a variety of transactional banking matters using bespoke or Loan Market Association precedent documentation, including secured corporate lending, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, clean energy and infrastructure financing.
Interested candidates should have 0-3 year’s PQE and some experience in banking and finance. Candidates should also have a passion for transaction and project management and display strong technical and drafting skills.
