This position is in Edinburgh and offers the opportunity for cross border work and international transactions across key industry sectors. This is a broad-based role including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate advisory work.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 year’s PQE, M&A exposure and excellent drafting skills.
