This firm is currently recruiting an Associate, Charities and Third Sector for its team in Glasgow or Edinburgh but promote hybrid working so can offer the flexibility of home and office-based working.

You will be a fully qualified solicitor with a commitment to excellent client care. Experience in charity work is desirable but not essential however, you will have a strong desire to develop in this field.
This leading firm is inviting applications from candidates with 4+ PQE who can work effectively offering charity and third sector advice to our clients to meet individual and organisational requirements. This will include advising on Charity regulations, corporate governance, OSCR applications and constitutional drafting.
