Excellent opportunity for an assistant paralegal to join an award-winning, top tier international law firm located in Glasgow

Job Description

Our client is an award-winning, top tier international law firm located in Glasgow where their Property team now seeks a committed assistant paralegal. This role will be offered on a 6 months FTC basis with the likelihood of a contract extension thereafter.  


This opportunity will provide a wide variety of work within the team. This will include (but not limited to) document management – collating and checking documents, inputting data onto client management systems and deeds storage, creating and maintaining client extranets, title/letting packs, manuals, bibles and monthly reports, undertaking commercial and high level legal research, preparing and processing of files for archiving purposes and assisting with any other additional ad hoc duties as and when required.


It is essential to have a flexible and professional approach and be competent in collaborating with all colleagues across teams. High attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills would be highly advantageous.  


The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent and be competent in the use of IT.
