HRC Recruitment assisting its prestigious client with its search for an Assistant Legal Counsel to join its in-house team to cover a maternity leave period.
The successful candidate will deal with a number of legal matters including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
You will have experience in dealing with a number of commercial contracts, including supplier, data protection and client contracts.
You will also advise on a variety of legal issues including data protection, information security and NDAs.
The ideal candidate will:
Be a qualified Solicitor (either Scottish or English) or a Legal Analyst with experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Ideally you will also have experience gained from a FCA regulated environment (desired not essential).
This role can be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh. Candidates looking for part time hours will also be considered.
