Job Description

As part of your responsibilities, you'll deliver legal services to various internal departments, such as health & safety, procurement, and commercial sectors. Your tasks will cover a wide spectrum, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate/company law, dispute resolution, compliance & risk management, construction-related advice, insolvency, procurement, insurance, property, and commercial bidding.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE experience, demonstrating significant expertise in general commercial and In-House roles. Non-UK qualified lawyers are also invited to apply, especially those with substantial experience in contracts, public sector procurement, or compliance.

For those interested in an in-house position, this opportunity is a great avenue to gain valuable experience. This is a full-time position and operates within the framework of an agile working policy. If you find this role appealing, please get in touch with Frasia or Cameron for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 15493)
