Are you an ambitious land & rural solicitor looking for a new challenge? If so, this well renowned and established firm based in Edinburgh are seeking an eager land & rural solicitor to join their highly regarded Rural Property team.

Job Description

This role will offer high quality work, the opportunity to be part of an inclusive and supportive team and a firm that is truly passionate about providing a first class service.

 

Your responsibilities will include a wide range of matters, including carrying out all aspects of conveyancing in respect of renewables, farms, country and rural housing, forestry and crofts. You will also be responsible for providing clients with a high quality service and maintaining positive client relationships.

 

The successful candidate (assigning trainee or NQ-2) will be a personable solicitor and a solicitor who is genuinely passionate about land and rural property matters. You will have sound communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Solicitors who have a commercial property background with an eagerness to move into rural property will also be considered.
