A leading global law firm is seeking a real estate - energy solicitor to join its team based in Edinburgh.

Job Description

You will focus on property aspects of energy projects, including wind, solar, hydrogen, carbon capture, battery storage, and nuclear.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on property-related matters for energy projects.
  • Engaging with clients such as public authorities, developers, and utility companies.
  • Managing complex, nationally significant transactions.
  • Collaborating closely with energy sector specialists within the firm.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified to practice law in Scotland (dual qualification in England & Wales is a plus).
  • 1-3 years' experience in property law, particularly related to energy projects.
  • Strong technical skills, effective communication, commercial awareness, and a client-focused approach.
