Job Description

I am working exclusively with a newly established firm, don’t be fooled into thinking this could be a risky move, far from it this firm is led by someone who knows personal injury law inside out and who has learned their craft from the best and now is looking for someone to work alongside them and who in a relatively short time frame will be able to progress to Associate.

It is anticipated you shall have a minimum of 3 years’ post qualifying experience and can confidently and competently manage a full case holding of personal injury matters (typically around 50 cases) including EL/PL & RTA.

You must have excellent negotiation skills and be a confident litigator and have a real passion to deliver exceptional service to the clients you represent.

The culture is very much team orientated, there is a small team of Claims Handlers and Trainee Solicitors already in place and you shall be well supported.

You shall be target orientated with a keen eye for detail and have the drive and ambition to really make your mark and progress.

A competitive salary and bonus scheme is offered.

Remote working is also offered.

If you would like to have a confidential chat, please contact Deborah Collier at QED Legal on the details provided for more information.
