Your caseload will be varied and interesting and shall include: financial provision (including high value divorce/separation), pre nup agreements, children’s matters, including residency, contact issues, international child abduction, adoption, and surrogacy.
You shall either be newly qualified or have up to 3 years’ post qualifying experience of family law matters. It is essential that you have a passion for family law and strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.
Exceptional communication skills, the ability to build rapport easily with your clients and commercial awareness are all key qualities required for this role.
