You will be surrounded by a wealth of experienced and knowledgeable individuals where your role will involve providing a full range of corporate advice on (but not limited to) acquisitions and disposals, equity investments, shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring and investment funds. There may also be the opportunity to be involved in international transactions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a, "can do" attitude and you will also be competent in building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
A keen interest and enthusiasm for a broad range of corporate matters, business acumen and a personable approach are a must for this position. The firm will offer excellent ongoing training and career progression as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
