The role on offer sits within a busy team and you will play a key part in managing residential conveyancing transactions covering sale, purchase and remortgage.
Ideally you should have a minimum of 2 years’ previous experience of successfully managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transaction from inception to completion and have accredited status. You should be highly organised with ability to manage conflicting priorities and be comfortable working with in excess of 20 files per month.
Exceptional communication skills are essential as is a flexible and adaptable approach to your work.
