Working with a fantastic private practice who are fast on the way to become one of Scotland's largest you will play a key role in the ongoing success of the wider commercial real estate team.
Typical responsibilities shall include:
Building engagement across the business
Contribute/deliver training
Assist with marketing, bids and tenders
Develop a knowledge bank
Research law, keep up to date with changes in the sector and ensure all relevant parties are updated continually
Identify training requirements and help to deliver this training
Work closely with IT and the Business Operations Manger to develop/update the case management system for commercial real estate
Be a positive force and point of knowledge for the Commercial Real Estate Team
