As a Commercial Disputes Associate, you will provide a professional service, advising on construction, engineering, and energy disputes. This includes pre-action, adjudication, arbitration, and litigation processes. Collaboration with partners and active involvement in business development initiatives will be key responsibilities.

 

The ideal candidate will possess excellent legal skills, experience in contentious construction or energy disputes, and familiarity with adjudications, court proceedings, and arbitrations. Strong project management abilities and proficiency in law tech are desired. Being a proactive team player with exceptional communication and organisational skills is crucial.
