A fantastic new opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Solicitor interested in a fixed term contract, has arisen with a leading energy organisation based in Glasgow.
Working directly with the Head of Legal you will assist with a numerous legal matters on behalf of the organisation. This will include handling governance, corporate and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE and will have experience in negotiating and dealing with a variety of commercial contracts and agreements. You will be also be involved in IP, Health and Safety and Competition matters.
This role would suit those looking to progress their career in an in-house environment and the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team.
