Job Description |
| Our client’s contentious construction team has an enviable track record and delivers a comprehensive service across all aspects of the resolution of disputes in construction and engineering projects. Many of its 17 strong team are dual-qualified. It currently has a role for a Senior Associate. The role will be disputes based, with a large amount of client contact, as well as dispute avoidance and resolution for contactors, developers and others, principally within the infrastructure and property development sectors. It will involve contract risk analysis, adjudication and litigation. Business development and marketing are also key to this role, as are coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team. The ideal candidate will have substantial post-qualifying experience within the construction disputes sector; be qualified in England and/or Scotland; and have the ability to deal with complex legal concepts and projects. Attention to detail, self-motivation, good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and confident relationship skills are essential. (Assignment 5981) |
