Job Description |
As a banking lawyer, (with at least 2 years' experience) you will have the opportunity to join this small friendly team and be involved in a range of interesting work including all types of lending and security transactions. The team offers advice on a number of core areas: infrastructure and project finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, restructuring and recovery, asset finance and general corporate borrowing. The team are also experts in retail and wholesale banking and investment regulation and provide cradle to grave regulatory and compliance advice to the financial sector. This is an exciting time to join this team and have the opportunity to develop a specialism. (Assignment 6432).
