Job Description

The oil and gas group within our client firm is one of the largest energy teams in Scotland and the largest in Aberdeen.  It acts for a number of major oil and gas companies as well as for companies in the oil and gas industry supply chain.  As a senior member of the oil and gas team you will be expected to advise on the following matters on a regular basis:

  • - Acquisition and disposal of UKCS Licence interests
  • - Contracts for seismic, drilling and development operations
  • - Transportation and Processing Agreements
  • - Joint venture agreements
  • - Commercial Contracts

This is a private role within the team and the successful candidate can look forward to a challenging and varied workload.  (Assignment 6145).
