Job Description

A new litigation opportunity to join the Outsourcing, Technology & Commercial Group of an innovative and enterprising commercial law firm with an international presence.  The ideal candidate will have gained some IP, IT, ecommerce and online dispute work, ideally combined with some experience of Sheriff Court and Court of Session litigation, preferably in a large firm or in-house environment.  Technical excellence, commercial awareness and an enthusiasm for business development are key, as are a strong academic background, and excellent communication and organisational skills.  This position will entail working closely with the Media and Information Law Group, and will suit a team player who has a strong client focus.  (Assignment 6395).
